2000 Bloggers on Narrowband.org
Tino Buntic has provided the code for everyone to put on their blog! Now we could have 2000 bloggers on our site and guess what, if everyone did the same, we’d have around about 2000 reciprocal links that point to us. At least one blogger has reported an improvement in his Technorati rankings.
I logged in to my site early this morning and no wonder I saw a list of new incoming links. Before I knew about the availability of the code, I was blog hopping and thought “Hey they actually display the 2000 photos on their site as well!”. I also wondered where all the photos were hosted! Turned out that the code was already conveniently available, and all the images are hosted on Tino’s Photobucket account. (I’m not sure if my bandwidth could take it if they were hosted on my hosting!)
So what I’m gonna do now here is to display the 2000 on my blog as well! Just a note, depending on your PC, it may slow down your browser (in extremely rare cases, probably crash too!). I did a mistake by opening every new incoming link in a new tab in my Firefox. Needless to say my browser came to almost a halt! 2000 Bloggers after the jump! (Sorry, if I had the time to explore, I’d have done what Heather did - using Javascript to expand the list!)
P/s: I’m heading down to Lowyat for the Microsoft Vista Launch today. We’ll be participating in the “Amazing Vista Walk Hunt” event! I’ll update on that tonight!Done that!
Edit: Ok. I bow to the big guys. Regrettably, I’ve decided that I am not reciprocating your links due to reasons you might have already known. If you want to view the photo montage, hop over to 2kbloggers.com. I still think it was a very nice idea. Cheers.
