Fancy a Game Pain(t)ball?
If anybody ever told you that paintball is a painless game, he was most probably just joking with you. Truth is, a game of paintball hurts not only your wallet, but your body as well.
Once upon a time on a bee-ee-aye-you-tee-ful Saturday morning, 12 adventurous souls embarked on an exciting journey to the land where innocent souls are shot for fun. And for a fee.
Some of us got up earlier and met up for breakfast at the ubiquitous 24-hour drive-thru McDonald’s. I happened to be the only one in track bottom (which turned out to be a good choice), and the only one without a sleeve (I was lucky I didn’t get shot on my arms!).
The masks were mandatory, of course. Protective vests, however, were optional for men, but a must for women. I think that’s a fair policy :p
I did not bring my SLR camera for obvious reasons. I had only my phone to capture some of the painful consequences of the game. I did not bring my phone into the playing field though.
The identities of those whose bruises are shown here shall be withheld to maintain their anonymity… LOL. I got two bruises on my body which look like hickies, at my lower abs and around the back of my waist. No skin was scraped though, so I didn’t suffer as much pain as those in the pictures above!
It was indeed a very fun but physically-demanding (the bruises aside…) game. Now that we’ve had some combat experience, we’re already looking forward to our next outing, which I’m sure will be more serious and challenging!

P/s: Narrowband has been pretty busy of late - so that game of paintball actually came as a relief to all that stress that he had in the whole week. There will be a couple of holiday trips coming up next month and the month next. More on that later! :D

My boyfriend went for a game with his colleagues too, and return with some bruises on his arms and calf!
Ouch, those look nasty! I am re-thinking whether or not I wanna join my colleagues for paintball (it’s been suggested)…
Dang, i’ve always wanted to play paintball.. never had the chance! It sounded fun, which comes with pain haha

Before having the chance of getting hit by paintball, i got hit by an invisible bullet that shot right through my purse.. therefore i couldn’t join you all that day.. :(

Err…err…What did I do??? I mean, like, I thought you weren’t dead. You know, and you could retaliate. So I just made sure there’s this green splotch on your t-shirt, but the paint seeps in so fast I couldn’t see. So I thought you weren’t dead, so I continued shooting you…so right…Yeah, you see… Don’t hunt me down next time, please.
I played once before at bukit tinggi resort. And kena the bullet also la so got the bruisess at my hands and legs.. hehehe.. but quite fun actually…

Sewjin - Hahaha, you’ll get shot very often, because you can hardly hide behind the bunkers! You may not be able to feel much pain in that suit, but once you’re shot you’re out, man. Where’s the fun? :p

haaha my fren came bek bruised from the game look. they really looked like hickies. I think, if i were to play, i would hide first, then only shoot out last min when everyone’s bullet is finishing. muaahah

which location you went to play? Last few weeks my lil bro went to desa water park played from 12pm-5pm it cost around RM100 so expensive man.. at the end ends up so many blue backs on his leg and hands…
