The Hand

It vibrates. It has 5 fingers. It has an on/off switch. It can be powered by 2 AA batteries, therefore it’s portable. It can also be powered by a USB port. It’s my new toy.

Introducing, The Hand. It’s not just any hand. It can vibrate the bones out of your skin. It can disintegrate that lump of fat into smaller bits that’ll eventually disappear. It can give you a pretty good massage.

But don’t expect the hand job to be as good as uh… well, the real thing. Like, you know, traditional Balinese or Thai massage. This handy device (pun intended) is, after all, made out of plastic.

Try placing the vibrating hand on your shoulders, back, buttocks, or wherever else that makes you happy and you’ll soon feel a pleasurable rhythmic sensation that’ll make you wanna move the hand around to massage a larger area.

Normally, with pleasure comes a price. In this case it’s the power. You’ll feel so suagucomfortable you’d want to playmassage with it all day long. That’ll of course deplete your batteries in no time. When that happens, The Hand does not vibrate very well.

This is where the USB cable comes in. In fact, I have not inserted any batteries into The Hand before. The USB cable allows The Hand to draw power from your PC, much like how your mouse operates.

Now, anyone wants a massage? I could give you a hand………

P/s: This interesting device was a Christmas gift I got during a gift-exchange exercise last month.

  17. Need anyone to hold the Hand and put to your shoulder like the second picture? Then might as well ask that so-free person to massage using his/her hands – warmer, softer and more technical. Haha.. Will the Hand stay at place? Or need to hold? Is it soft or keras?

    Pelf – That’s so cute!!! I went into an outlet in a shopping mall today and saw toys like this. I didn’t find one in the shape of turtle though! For the hand, the entire thing vibrates – like a handphone. In the case of your turtle, it’s probably only the legs that vibrate…

    Tom – If you’re considering buying a ‘general’ gift for someone then this is an ‘o-k’ choice. Just don’t think this is *very* useful or very meaningful. It’s just an interesting device – my first time seeing such thing :p

    Che-cheh – Haha, please don’t believe 100% whatever written in my blog. It is not very comfortable only. It is made of plastic, the vibration is very small only. You’ll probably feel itchy instead of relief. Get a real massage! ;)

    Nyonyapenang – It was also my first time seeing such a thing hahaha…

    Cybie – Once again, you have proven to be very observant and are able to shut everyone up. If you ask me that in real-life I will answer you, “Eh! Yaloh! Why not ask that human ah!?!?” The hand ar… keras lor. Plastic mar. Need to hold lar, if not, it’ll vibrate until drop on floor lor.

    Clement – I am not surprised… I saw one in The Gardens today :p Went inside and saw many other interesting-looking massage items! I saw ‘The Hand’ in blue colour ;P

    Neo – Look for an outlet called Action City :) You can find many other interesting stuff inside as well!
